Kitewood is bringing forward plans for what we are referring to as ‘Site A’, on the western part of the estate. Our proposals seek to retain and enhance the existing light industrial uses on the site as well as deliver new homes, with 50% of these to be affordable housing. This is only the start of the conversation about Willow Way and we plan to continue to continue engaging with the community next year as the wider masterplan is developed.
